What Are the Bodies Ensuring the Legal Regime of Martial Law?

To ensure the legal regime of martial law, the forces and resources of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, the Police of the Republic of Armenia, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, civil protection and emergency situations, and other state authorized bodies are utilized.

Public order maintenance and ensuring public safety are carried out by the forces of the Police of the Republic of Armenia, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service.
