The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, convened an expanded emergency meeting of the Security Council on September 27. President Harutyunyan emphasized that all resources are available to deliver equivalent and proportionate strikes against the adversary, while the entire responsibility for the created situation lies with the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan. The meeting addressed issues related to the existing situation and upcoming developments, with the president providing specific instructions to those responsible.
