Urgent: Armenian Side Loses 4-5 Positions with Possibility of Reinforcement, Samvel Babayan

Armenian forces have lost 4-5 positions but there is a possibility of reinforcement. This was stated by Samvel Babayan, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, during a meeting with journalists in Stepanakert.

Regarding evacuations, Babayan mentioned that evacuations are taking place and efforts are being made to ensure that the civilian population is not harmed. “Many settlements in Talish, Mataghis, Martakert, and Hadrut have been shelled, and people from those areas have been evacuated,” Babayan said.
