President of Artsakh Announces Indefinite Closure of Educational Institutions

The Supreme Commander of the Artsakh Republic, Araik Harutyunyan, has instructed to announce the indefinite closure of educational institutions in Artsakh. He made this statement during an extraordinary session of the National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic, as reported by the NA President.

"Dear compatriots,
Do not panic, this is all being done for your own safety. We will prevail," he stated.

This morning, Azerbaijan launched air and missile attacks towards Artsakh.
