Planning a counteroffensive operation in one hour, congratulations on your intelligence. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Artur Hovhannisyan, referring to the post of the official representative of the Ministry, Shushan Stepanyan.

Earlier, Spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan had made a post stating, “The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has officially announced the start of a ‘counteroffensive,’ which confirms that the actions have long been planned. Any soldier with basic knowledge will confirm that planning for a counteroffensive operation takes weeks. Just minutes after the official announcement regarding escalation, Azerbaijani and Turkish media are publishing materials from the frontline, further indicating that Azerbaijan's provocation was premeditated,” the spokesperson wrote.
