Partial Mobilization is Also Considered Highly Necessary: Tigran Abrahamyan

The Prime Minister of Armenia announced that there will be a meeting of the Security Council, during which issues related to the declaration of martial law and the implementation of partial mobilization will be discussed.

In any case, a change of regime should be made, transitioning the state governance system from peaceful to military.

I also consider partial mobilization to be highly necessary.
