Emergency State and General Mobilization Declared in Armenia, Says Pashinyan

Dear compatriots.

By the decision of the government, a state of emergency and general mobilization is declared in the Republic of Armenia. The decision will take effect from the moment of publication.

I urge personnel assigned to the troops to report to their local military commissariats. For the sake of the homeland, for the sake of victory.

This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his Facebook page.
