Edmon Marukyan: Starting from Today, We Set Aside All Internal Disagreements and Unite Our Efforts

Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the Bright Armenia party, has issued a message to the Armenian people regarding the actions unleashed by Azerbaijan towards Artsakh. He wrote this on his Facebook page.

“Dear compatriots, the enemy has attacked our homeland. Starting from today, we set aside all internal disagreements and unite our efforts for the sake of our statehood and military successes. The aim is singular: to break the enemy's backbone in all directions—from military to diplomatic.”

“Long live the Armenian Nation, long live the Republic of Artsakh, long live the Republic of Armenia, long live the Armenian Army!”

Along the entire contact line with Artsakh, starting early in the morning on September 27, Azerbaijan began intensive shelling. Civilian areas, including the capital Stepanakert, are also being shelled. The Azerbaijani military has lost 2 helicopters and 14 drones, and has sustained losses in armored vehicles. As a result of Azerbaijan's attacks, one woman and one child have been killed in the Martuni region.
