Azerbaijan's Aggression Was Pre-Planned, Says Pashinyan
Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan emphasized that Azerbaijan's military aggression against Artsakh was pre-planned. The Prime Minister made this statement in a post on his Twitter microblog.
“Recently, Azerbaijan's aggressive statements, large-scale military exercises with Turkey, as well as the rejection of OSCE monitoring, indicate that the aggression was pre-planned and was a massive provocation against peace and security in the region,” he noted.
It should be mentioned that along the entire line of contact with Artsakh, Azerbaijan started active shelling early in the morning on September 27. Civilian settlements, including the capital Stepanakert, are also under fire. The Azerbaijani armed forces have lost 2 helicopters, 14 drones, and have incurred losses in armored vehicles.
