Azerbaijan Spreads False Audio Information to Incite Panic: Alen Ghulyan
Expert Alen Ghulyan has stated on his Facebook page: "Attention. Azerbaijan's special services have prepared a false audio message in Armenian to create panic among the populations of Armenia and Artsakh, which is being widely distributed on social networks and various messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Viber, etc.). In a 43-second audio recording, a man speaks in Armenian about the supposedly dire situation in Artsakh, claiming that the roads are closed, that the President and Defense Minister of Artsakh have sent their families to Yerevan, while forbidding others from doing so, and that soldiers are leaving their combat positions to relocate their families to Yerevan, among other claims. It is evident from the words and intonation that the speaker is not Armenian; he is likely one of the so-called 'Armenologists' from Azerbaijan's special services who conducts active surveillance in the Armenian sphere and spreads misinformation using fake Armenian accounts. Be vigilant and cautious. P.S. Please share this material only for the purpose of warning people."
