Gagik Grigoryan, one of the three residents arrested in Jermuk, is expected to be released shortly, while the other two are likely to be released as well at 9 AM. This announcement was made by activist Mikael Margaryan during a Facebook live broadcast.

He stated that the lawyer has informed that the detention of the citizens was unfounded. According to him, there is a very bad mood among the residents of Jermuk and Gndevaz towards the citizens defending Amulsar.

It is recalled that on September 15, a brawl occurred in the Gndevaz community between residents supporting the exploitation of the Amulsar mine and protesters blocking the road. Specifically, the protesters called out to Gndevaz residents involved in the resumed works in Amulsar, and according to reports, the protesters were armed with sticks. A scuffle took place, resulting in injuries among Amulsar employees. A criminal case has been initiated on charges of hooliganism.
