Citizen Threatens Suicide Near Victory Bridge

On September 23, at 19:12, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting that a citizen intends to commit suicide by jumping from the rocky section of the Victory Bridge in Yerevan.

A team from the Fire and Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has been dispatched to the scene, along with a duty psychologist from the Psychological Support Division.
