Video: Appointment for Driver's License Activities via Roadpolice.am

Studies have shown that multiple appointment requests are submitted to the Road Police by the same individual for the same activity related to driver's licenses from different electronic platforms, which automatically increases the waiting time required.

In light of this and with the intention of providing adequate service in the shortest possible time, we inform that starting from September 23, 2020, appointments for activities related to driver's licenses (participating in qualification exams for obtaining a driver's license, exchanging, restoring lost licenses) will only be made through the electronic platform of the Road Police, roadpolice.am.

Until the aforementioned date, appointment requests sent from other platforms will be processed according to the current procedure, while from September 23, 2020, appointment requests submitted from other platforms will be left without discussion.

Appointments must be made through the "Appointment for Driver's License Activities" system on the Road Police's roadpolice.am electronic platform.
