Russia and Armenia's Relations Are Based on Good Traditions of Friendship and Mutual Respect: Putin
The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, sent congratulatory telegrams to his Armenian counterpart Armen Sarkissian and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of Independence Day.
According to the Kremlin's press service, Putin noted that the relations between Russia and Armenia are based on good traditions of friendship and mutual respect. He emphasized that the further development of allied ties and multifaceted cooperation corresponds to the long-term interests of both nations and contributes to strengthening peace, stability, and security in the South Caucasus region.
“The constructive dialogue between our countries, bilateral cooperation in various fields, as well as interaction within the framework of integration processes in the Eurasian space will continue to develop actively,” Putin stated.
