Results of Navalny's Clothing Examination Are Clear

Russian specialists have examined the clothing of Alexei Navalny, which he wore while being transported to the hospital. According to the examination results, no traces of toxic substances were found on his items. This was reported by the TASS agency.

Earlier, the press reported that Navalny's belongings were in the custody of law enforcement and were to be examined. Today, the Russian blogger demanded the return of his items. According to Navalny, the clothing could be crucial evidence, as traces of a toxic substance were found on his body.

“While the pre-investigation check was ongoing, 30 days were used to hide this important evidence. I demand that my items be packaged in a polyethylene bag and returned to me,” stated the Russian opposition figure. European experts had previously announced that a toxic substance belonging to the Novichok group was detected in Navalny. The same substance was also found in a bottle of water that Navalny’s associates took from his hotel room. However, Russian doctors insist that several studies conducted revealed no trace of toxic substances.
