I Am Not Against the Establishment of a Investigative Committee: Arsen Torosyan
I am not against the establishment of an investigative committee. This was stated today, on September 21, by the Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan to reporters.
When asked whether he plans to return to work, the minister responded, "Come tomorrow, and you will see." The minister refused to answer other questions, noting that he was in a hurry.
