For the first time since independence, a road is being constructed in Akner. This has been reported by the Lori regional administration.
"The residents of Akner express their gratitude to Lori Governor Andrey Ghukasian and Deputy Governor Gayane Markosian, stating that this is a gift for them on the occasion of Independence Day," the statement reads.
