The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Arayik Harutyunyan, did not comment on his speech from the podium of the National Assembly, which provoked the anger of GHK deputies and led to a boycott. In a brief conversation with journalists, the minister stated that he did not insult the residents of Kotayk.

"I gave an example of a past event," emphasized Arayik Harutyunyan. In response to our observation that GHK does not rule out pursuing legal action, the Minister stated that he has no comment.
