First Turkish Commander Dies from Coronavirus in Turkey

In Turkey, for the first time, a Turkish military commander has died from the coronavirus. The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced this on Twitter. According to Ermenihaber.am, Major Halil Ibrahim Kaya served at the 12th Air Base in Kayseri.

The Turkish commander passed away in the hospital after a prolonged treatment.
