VIDEO: Metro Police Uncover Illegal Drug Trafficking Case

On September 4, officers from the Yerevan Metro Police Department apprehended a 21-year-old resident of Shiraz Street, suspected of possessing and using drugs, in the lobby of the "Garegin Nzhdeh" station. During a personal search, a greenish plant-like substance was discovered.

The detained individual stated that the plant matter was a drug, kept for personal use. A forensic chemical examination has been ordered, and materials are being prepared on the facts of the case.
