In One and a Half Years, Officials Filed 32 Lawsuits Against Media

In 2019, state institutions and officials filed 20 lawsuits against media outlets, and by August 31, 2020, an additional 12 lawsuits were filed. These figures were released in a video published by the Committee for the Protection of Freedom of Speech.

The highest number of lawsuits against media has been filed by MP Hayk Sargsyan.
