German Authorities Take Control of Navalny

German authorities have taken control of Alexei Navalny and are ensuring maximum safety during his stay in the country. This was announced by Germany's Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, as reported by RIA Novosti.

The decision was made after the situation regarding the blogger has attracted worldwide attention: “Therefore, security measures must be taken to ensure Navalny's recovery so that there are no obstacles from any possible party,” he stated.
