Car Collides with Georgian Citizen's DAF Truck at 'Red Bridge' Junction; Injuries Reported

On September 6, at 20:14, a call was received by the Regional Crisis Management Center of Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations regarding a traffic accident at the 'Red Bridge' junction on the Dilijan-Ijevan highway. It was reported that a citizen was trapped inside a vehicle.

A firefighting and rescue squad from the Regional Rescue Department of Tavush Province was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a 'Mitsubishi Pajero io' vehicle (driver: Vahe S., born in 1996) collided with a 'DAF' truck (driver: Gosha Sh., a citizen of the Republic of Georgia) on the 22nd kilometer of the Ijevan-Yerevan highway.
