Eight New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed in Artsakh
According to information provided by the Health Ministry of the Republic of Artsakh, eight new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have been confirmed in Artsakh. The infected individuals are residents of the city of Stepanakert, seven of whom are contacts of previously confirmed cases, while the infection in one individual was detected as a result of an PCR test administered at a border checkpoint.
This information was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
As of today, the COVID-19 disease has been confirmed in 312 individuals in Artsakh, with 270 having recovered. Currently, 40 individuals are receiving treatment, while 65 are in quarantine.
A total of 329 samples were collected for testing. To date, 11,990 samples have been tested.
