VIDEO: Storm in Vladivostok. A girl barely escapes being blown away by the wind

A strong Mayak storm is raging in Vladivostok, toppling trees and leaving half the city without electricity. A torn advertisement board has blocked traffic on one of the roads. The electric train services have been suspended, and residents in Primorye have been urged to stay indoors.

A video has circulated on the internet showing a girl clinging to a utility pole to avoid being swept away by the wind.
