VIDEO: Azerbaijanis Cut Off Armenian Chef's Fingers in Tatarstan

An incident involving a group of Azerbaijanis occurred at a café in Naberezhnye Chelny. The criminals reportedly forced the establishment's staff to the ground, robbed the café, frightened the patrons, and cut off the fingers of an Armenian chef with a machete, according to infoteka24.ru.

Local media suggest that the violent behavior stemmed from the serving of pork to an Azerbaijani visitor. The individual was offended because Muslims are prohibited from consuming pork, and he allegedly called for help in response to the situation.

The incident was recorded by a camera installed in one of the parked cars nearby. Russia's Ministry of Internal Affairs has confirmed the incident in Tatarstan and has already opened a criminal case for hooliganism. There are individuals who have been detained, while the identities of others involved who have not been apprehended are currently being clarified, and a search is underway for them.
