Ongoing Personnel Changes Between the RA Ministry of Defense and Artsakh Defense Army

The newspaper "Jamanak" reports that personnel changes between the RA Ministry of Defense and the Artsakh Defense Army continue. According to our information, this time the First Deputy Head of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military University of the RA Ministry of Defense, Hovhannes Avagyan, has received a new position in the Artsakh Defense Army and has moved to work there.

We have learned that his transfer to the Ministry of Defense is associated more with a promotion, as we have received information that he has been appointed to a higher position in Artsakh.

It should be noted that transfers from Artsakh to Armenia and from Armenia to Artsakh began recently, in June, when the Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Onik Gasparyan, visited the Republic of Artsakh and its Defense Army. Following that visit, changes became more active; however, "Jamanak" has learned that this is not the end, and there will be more transfers from the Artsakh Defense Army or the RA Ministry of Defense in the near future.
