The Decision to Prohibit Foreigners from Entering Georgia Remains in Effect, Exempting Cargo Transfers

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that the roadways in the Republic of Armenia are accessible.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia's North Ossetia, due to the state of emergency, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open only for freight transport.

According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, the decision to prohibit foreigners from entering Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to cargo transfers.
