“There are complaints that citizens are being fined for not wearing masks. Yes, there is a very simple way to avoid this – just wear a mask and you won’t get fined. Previously, we said ‘wear a mask, save lives’; now we hope that deaths will drop to zero, and we will say ‘keep wearing a mask and don’t get fined,’” said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during today’s extraordinary government meeting.
