This was stated in a Facebook post by Gevorg Petrosyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia faction.

He wrote: 'Look, I seriously don’t understand what organ this individual is thinking with. And the interesting part is that no one is saying a word... This is the same as if, for instance, the director of the AIDS prevention center declared that we shouldn't strive for complete treatment of AIDS (both are deadly) and that we should always keep about 50 to 100 patients in reserve, just in case we might need them one day... Is it possible that delusion manifests in a different way... Who can explain what kind of mockery this is towards the people?'
