Armenia to Send Over 12 Tons of Humanitarian Aid to Beirut on Third Flight

The government of the Republic of Armenia is set to send a third flight with humanitarian aid to the government of the Republic of Lebanon on August 11. Vahan Hunanian, spokesperson for the Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan, stated in an interview with Armenpress that this time, the humanitarian assistance will exceed 12 tons.
The first flight from Armenia took place on August 8, followed by the second on August 9. The planes transported humanitarian assistance from the Armenian government, which included medications and medical supplies intended to help those affected by the explosion that occurred at the Beirut port on August 4.
