According to reports, Aeroflot believes that the state of emergency will not be extended beyond August 13, and has planned to resume regular flights. Tickets were sold based on this assumption. However, once they learned that the state of emergency is being extended, they canceled the flights again. It is unlikely that flights related to Armenia will be restored before September 15.
