Video: Wanted 'Alraghatsi Lyovik' Transferred to Armenia

On August 6, Levon Sargsyan, 52, was transferred to Armenia on a flight from Moscow to Yerevan, accompanied by officers from the Criminal Police Main Department. He had been wanted by Armenian law enforcement since October 1, 2018, for charges related to creating or participating in a criminal association and theft of particularly large amounts of property by an organized group, with the measure of restraint being detention.

It is important to note that, following extensive operational and search activities carried out jointly by the Criminal Police Main Department, the Armenian police representation in Russia, and relevant units of the Russian Interior Ministry, Levon Sargsyan was discovered and arrested on November 21, 2019, in the city of Zelenograd, Moscow Oblast. The Russian Prosecutor General's Office had granted the request of the Armenian Prosecutor General's Office for his extradition to Armenia.

Levon Sargsyan has been presented to the Investigative Department of the National Security Service.
