Highways in Armenia Are Passable

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that the highways in Armenia are passable.

According to information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia's North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open only for freight transport due to the state of emergency.

Additionally, according to information from the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the decision banning the entry of foreigners into Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to freight shipments.
