North Korean Leader Orders Closure of Kaesong Due to First Possible Coronavirus Case

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has ordered the temporary closure of Kaesong due to the first possible case of coronavirus. Kim Jong Un has also instructed the quarantine of residential areas.

Earlier reports indicated that an unauthorized male had entered the city of Kaesong, presumed to be infected with the virus. The results of his tests have not conclusively shown the presence of COVID-19. He is now under strict quarantine, and local authorities are identifying individuals who have come into contact with him.
