Accident in Kapan: Iranian and Armenian Drivers Involved in Collision

On July 26, at 01:23, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting a traffic accident on Gortsaranayin Street in the city of Kapan. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A firefighting and rescue team from the Rescue Service of Syunik Province was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a collision occurred between a "GAZ-3110" vehicle (driver: Vanik A., born in 1958) and a "Samad" truck (driver: Ahad Ghodsi Khodajiholi, born in 1987, citizen of the Islamic Republic of Iran).

Rescuers extricated Vanik A. from the vehicle and brought him to an ambulance. The injured individual was hospitalized at Kapan Medical Center, where doctors assessed his condition as severe.
