Former Armenian ambassador to the Vatican Mikayel Minasian wrote on his Facebook page:   "During the past week, I have spoken about the brilliant victory of our army in the Tavush battles, the absurd calls for peace coming from Armenia, the growing aggression against Armenians abroad, the business issues faced by them, and the obligations to return the illegal fines paid by 80,000 citizens for masks, while our compatriots remain defenseless against the attacks of Azerbaijani lobbyists."
