All disorder against Armenians organized by Azerbaijani special services: Video message from Arif Mammadov, pursued by Azerbaijan

Edmon Marukyan, a member of the Armenian National Assembly from the 'LHK' faction, has posted a video message from Arif Mammadov, who is being pursued by Azerbaijani authorities and is currently seeking political asylum in Belgium. In the message, Mammadov states that all recent disorder against Armenians has been organized by Azerbaijani special services.

He now has information that provocations will be attempted against diaspora figures fighting against Aliyev’s regime, to then claim that these acts were committed by Armenians.
