‘Zhamanak’: ‘Shangri La’ Loses License, But ‘Dvin’ Owner May Be Granted One
WRed
‘Zhamanak’ newspaper writes that the Armenian Ministry of Economy has revoked the license of the ‘Shangri La’ casino. Currently, there is no operational casino near Yerevan. However, this situation may not last long, as the Ministry of Economy could grant a license to the owners of the ‘Dvin’ hotel to open a casino there.
For this to happen, the owners of ‘Dvin’ must provide documentation proving that they have made an investment of 40 billion drams. It is known that the owner of ‘Dvin’ is an ethnic Armenian citizen of Ukraine named Nver.
