I am not aware of the reasons for Bagratyan's departure from the faction. Arman Abovyan

As previously reported, MP Sergey Bagratyan informed the Speaker of the National Assembly in a letter about his departure from the "Prosperous Armenia" faction. In a conversation with ArmDaily.am, the secretary of the PAP faction, Arman Abovyan, stated that he is not aware of the reasons for Bagratyan's departure and added that he has not been able to establish contact with Bagratyan as the MP was not in Yerevan.

PAP deputy and spokesperson for the party's leader Gagik Tsarukyan, Iveta Tonoyan, also informed the media that Bagratyan is unreachable, and thus it has not been possible to contact him.

When asked whether Gagik Tsarukyan was aware of Sergey Bagratyan's departure from the faction, Iveta Tonoyan noted that she had conveyed the news to the PAP leader, but he did not comment on it. In response to a clarifying question of whether Bagratyan had also informed Gagik Tsarukyan about this issue, Tonoyan said, "I am not aware of whether Mr. Tsarukyan has been informed or not."
