Everyone is Restless in Bankruptcy Court: Tracing the Scandalous Revelations

Details have emerged about the processes involving judges of the Bankruptcy Court, according to the "Zhoghovurd" newspaper. As it is known, on July 20, Bankruptcy Court judge Gevorg Narinian was arrested, with a request for the arrest of another judge, Ara Kubanyan, also submitted but denied.

According to information from "Zhoghovurd," there is widespread unease within the judicial system, particularly in the Bankruptcy Court. Following the scandalous revelations that occurred in the court, it has become clear that internal surveillance took place, meaning that surveillance cameras were installed in offices, allowing for monitoring of judges' conversations and movements.

Since then, judges in the court system have begun speaking in the hallways, fearing that they too might be monitored and that cameras could be placed to watch them, holding their breath as they await who might be the next "victim."

It should be noted that Ara Kubanyan is accused of using his official position against the interests of service or failing to fulfill his official duties, while Narinian faces charges under four articles, with both denying the allegations against them.
