What Agreement Has Azerbaijan Violated? Clarifications from the Foreign Ministry Spokesperson

From the very first day, we communicated information that the Foreign Minister has been in close contact with the OSCE co-chairs. This was stated by Anna Naghdalyan, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, during a Facebook press conference, responding to a question from a social media user regarding the declaration by the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs after the incident on July 12 that Azerbaijan had blatantly violated the ceasefire. The user asked, 'What agreement has Azerbaijan violated in such an egregious manner?'

In response to the question about what is being done to return Narek Sardarayan, who has appeared in Nakhichevan, Naghdalyan stated that they have established contact with the authorities of Nakhichevan. The matter is under the jurisdiction of the offices of the Red Cross and Red Crescent in Armenia, and due to confidentiality, she could not disclose any further information, including regarding his health condition.
