Operational Communication Between Armenia and Azerbaijan is Functional: Armenian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson

In an interview with Aysor.am during a meeting with journalists, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan stated, "Operational communication between Armenia and Azerbaijan is functional, but given the recent escalation of the situation, which has been widespread and intentional, we have preferred to engage not through operational communication, but rather to carry out activities through intermediaries," Naghdalyan noted.
