Arman Tsarukyan Defeats Brazilian Davi Ramos

Arman Tsarukyan, a mixed martial artist representing Russia, faced Brazilian Davi Ramos during the UFC Fight Island 2 event in Abu Dhabi. The fight went the distance for three rounds, after which Tsarukyan won by unanimous decision with scores of 30:27, 30:27, and 29:28.

This victory marks the 15th win for the 23-year-old Armenian athlete, who has suffered 2 losses throughout his career. The 33-year-old Ramos has participated in a total of 14 fights, with 4 losses to his name.

Tsarukyan made his UFC debut in 2019 and has competed in 17 matches overall, securing 15 victories. Of the two fights he has had in the UFC, he won one and lost the other. Prior to joining the UFC, Arman celebrated 13 consecutive victories in MMA.

He signed a contract with the UFC in March 2019, and in April, he made his first appearance, unfortunately losing by decision to Islam Makhachev. However, later that July, Tsarukyan achieved his first victory in Canada by defeating Olivier Aubin-Mercier on his opponent's home turf.
