Narrow Composition Meeting of the EAEU Intergovernmental Council Kicks Off in Minsk
At this moment, a narrow composition meeting of the EAEU Intergovernmental Council has begun in Minsk. Participating in the meeting are the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Askar Mamin, the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kubatbek Boronov, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin, and the Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Mikhail Myasnikovich, under the leadership of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, Roman Golovchenko.
It should be noted that a subsequent expanded meeting will follow this narrow composition session. The Prime Minister of Armenia will make a speech during this meeting.
According to the agenda, the discussion will focus on a draft intergovernmental cooperation program among EAEU countries in the field of providing space and information services based on Earth remote sensing. Topics of discussion will also include the elimination of trade barriers in the internal market of the Eurasian Economic Union countries and the adoption of a comprehensive plan to combat COVID-19.
