Prime Minister Leaves for Belarus, Duties Assigned to Tigran Avinyan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision to send a government delegation of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Belarus.
According to Article 7, Part 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia:
- To send a government delegation of the Republic of Armenia on a working visit to the Republic of Belarus (Minsk) from July 16-17, 2020, for the purpose of participating in the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, as per the attached document.
- To assign the performance of the duties of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia to Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan during the period of the aforementioned business trip.
- To include the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Belarus, Armen Ghavondyan, in the government delegation of the Republic of Armenia.
- The expenses related to the government delegation's trip to the Republic of Belarus (Minsk), including airport service fees, shall be covered according to actual expenses supported by documents, as follows: 1) By Nikol Pashinyan, Mher Grigoryan, Vahe Hakobyan, Mane Gevorgyan, Hratchya Tashchyan, Armen Khachatryan, Davit Gevorgyan, Nazeli Zakaryan, Tigran Mehrabyan, Arman Shahinyan, and Alexander Abrahamyan, as well as expenses related to representation and vehicle rental from the funds allocated for foreign business trips in the budgets of the Prime Minister’s staff, and the costs of acquiring souvenirs from the funds allocated for representation expenses in the budgets of the Prime Minister’s staff. 2) By Varos Simonyan from the funds allocated for official overseas business trips as per the state budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2020, according to the report submitted by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia. 3) By Sharvard Kocharian and Manvel Avetisyan from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, and by Harutyun Vardanyan from the state protocol service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. 4) By Mikayel Pashayanyan from the funds allocated for overseas business trips under the 1023 program, 11001 event line of the state budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2020, as managed by the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia. 5) By Hovhannes Vardanyan, Artak Hakobyan, Gagik Vanoyan, Ghazar Ghazaryan, Aghvan Ishkhanyan, and Mikhail Atabekyan from the funds of the State Protection Service of the Republic of Armenia. 6) The expenses related to the airport service and overnight stay of media representatives will be covered from the funds allocated for official overseas business trips in the state budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2020, according to the report submitted by the office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. 5. It is noted that the costs associated with the per diem for media representatives will be covered by the funds of sending organizations.
- The head of the Prime Minister's staff is instructed to arrange for a special flight on July 16, 2020, from Yerevan to Minsk, and on July 17, from Minsk to Yerevan.
- The Chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee is to assist the Prime Minister's staff in organizing the flight mentioned in point 6 of this decision.
- The expenses related to the organization of the special flight will be covered from the funds allocated for overseas business trips in the budgets of the Prime Minister’s staff.
