Video: Trash Bins Stolen from Yerevan, Transported to Musallat and Dismembered

Officers from the Malatia division of the police have recently obtained information through operational measures regarding three men residing in Yerevan and the village of Musallat in the Armavir region. These individuals are suspected of stealing plastic trash bins belonging to the Yerevan municipality from various administrative districts of the capital, with each bin valued at several hundred thousand drams.

Investigators from Malatia gathered factual evidence that the stolen bins were taken to a production facility located at the entrance of the village of Musallat, where they were dismembered for the purpose of recycling and selling the material.

After verifying the information, police in Malatia identified and apprehended the suspects. The men confessed to their actions, and the disassembled trash bins were discovered. The extent of the damage caused and the circumstances surrounding the incidents are currently being investigated.
