VIDEO. How Azerbaijan Targets Its Population

Footage has surfaced online, clearly showing how Azerbaijani armed forces have stationed their heavy armored vehicles within residential areas, effectively targeting their own population.

David Torosyan, president of the NGO "For the Sake of the Armenian Soldier," added on his Facebook page, "The Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia struck Azerbaijani military equipment located in populated areas just yesterday. Three significant facts should be noted: 1) The military equipment is within the populated area. 2) The Armenian drone filmed the situation within their own territory. 3) The Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia conducted precise targeted strikes."
