Defense Ministry Calls for Caution on Live Broadcasting from Bordering Communities

Provocations from the Azerbaijani side along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border continue, and there is a theoretical possibility of escalating the situation. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia has called on media representatives to refrain from entering combat zones and bordering communities, as well as conducting live broadcasts.

Such actions provide the adversary with the opportunity to monitor ongoing operations in our territory in real-time, which could undoubtedly jeopardize the safety of the Armenian armed forces' units. We once again urge the media to demonstrate the necessary responsibility in these circumstances and to avoid entering bordering communities.

It is important to note that police checkpoints are stationed near the entrances to all bordering communities.
