Zohrap Mnatsakanyan and Sergey Lavrov Discuss Tension at Armenian-Azerbaijani Border

On July 13, a phone conversation took place between Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrap Mnatsakanyan and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

The two discussed the tense situation in one section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and ways to overcome it. They also addressed issues related to regional stability and security.

The Armenian Foreign Minister deemed the violation of the ceasefire regime by Azerbaijan as absolutely unacceptable, which was accompanied by attempts to encroach upon the positions of the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia located on the territory of Armenia.
